Central Retinal Vein Occlusion is blockage of blood flow through the central retinal vein of an eye; causes decreased vision that sometimes improves over many months. Retinal findings include dilated and engorged veins, intraretinal and nerve fiber layer hemorrhages, swollen optic disc margins, and retinal thickening.
