Nonproliferative Diabetic Retinopathy
Nonproliferative Diabetic Retinopathy - is retinal changes associated with early diabetic retinopathy. Common retinal finds include microaneurysms, "dot and blot" hemorrhages, hard exudates, and
dilation of retinal veins. Specifically excludes neovascularization (abnormal new blood vessels). Pan retinal photocoagulation scars are present out in the periphery in all quadrants.
