Iritis with Synechia

Iritis - inflammation of the iris. Can cause pain, tearing, blurred vision, small pupil (miosis) and a red congested eye. This patient presents bilateral iritis with a synechiae in both eyes. A synechia is an adhesion that bind the iris to any adjacent structures.
